Today you’ll arrive in the Armenian capital Yerevan. Transfer to your hotel is included.

This morning, you'll begin your discovery of Yerevan at Republic Square, where you can take in the impressive architecture and watch the lively Singing Fountains. From there, we’ll visit Vernissage, the city’s largest open-air market, known for its wide selection of antiques and handcrafted goods. Next, we’ll stop by the Matenadaran, a fascinating repository of ancient manuscripts covering a variety of subjects. We’ll then head to the top of the Yerevan Cascade via escalator, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city and Mount Ararat. Afterward, we’ll visit the Armenian Genocide Memorial and Museum, a poignant site where you can pay respects to the victims of 1915 and delve into this significant period in Armenia’s history. In the afternoon, we’ll travel to Echmiadzin, home to Armenia’s oldest cathedral, before continuing on to explore the UNESCO-listed 7th-century ruins of Zvartnots Cathedral. Return to Yerevan.
